Most items are handmade and will require a minimum of 2 weeks to complete and ship. These lead times are longer around Holy Days so please ask about current turnaround timeframe before ordering if you need your items by a certain date.
All Passover item orders cut off date is Feb. 1st. If you order after that date you may or may not get your items in time for Passover.
All sales are final!! Refunds and exchanges are on a case by case basis at the discretion of the seller. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
